宅配便で配送いたします。配送業者は、ヤマト運輸を利用させていただいております。

返品について

不都合等があった場合、在庫がある場合のみ良品交換または返品とさせていただきます。商品到着後7日以内にご連絡ください。

【ご返品・交換をお受けできない条件】

・お届けから8日以上経過した商品
・お客さまが一度ご使用になった商品
・お客さまが破損・汚損された商品
・商品のパッケージ・説明書等を破損・汚損・紛失・破棄された場合
・お客さまが加工された商品
・お届け後、修理、クリーニング等された商品
・SALE対象商品で返品不可とあらかじめ設定された商品。

【お客さま都合の返品・キャンセルの場合】

商品到着後の場合、送料はお客さま負担にて返送お願いします。

EMS(Express Mail Service)
EMS is the fastest international service. We use preferentially this shipping service.

France, Italy, U.K., U.S.A. : about 5days.

Return & Exchange Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

Return

Returns will not be accepted. But the item can always be returned if it doesn’t match the listing description.

Exchanges

Exchanges will not be accepted. Becaeuse their items are for one-off.

If your return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item), we’ll pay the return shipping costs. In contrast, if your return is not the result of our error, the shipping cost of that returned item will be your responsbility & deducted from your refund.
